CFTC added six crypto companies to the list of unregistered

In October of the same year, New Jersey’s securities bureau sent the leadership of five crypto companies an order to suspend activities due to suspicion of fraud.

Recall that in April 2022, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission expanded the list of “misleading” organizations related to digital assets.
